Profusely sweating
Ever since I finished 5 days of plasmapheresis I now sweat profusely. I’m talking about when I wake up every morning I am drenched. No amount of deodorant helps during the day. Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you deal?
Hi there! Is this your first plex treatment? This isn't something that I experienced, I was actually the opposite after my plex treatments and was very cold for a while. Have you talked to your doctor about this?-Mo(Neuromyelitis-optica.net moderator)
I have had problems with sweating so bad the last couple years. But seems to only be my face and head. It's cold out right now but I still set air conditioner on 62 have fan on high on me and sweat pours off my face and my hair is so wet looks like I just got out of shower. Does this year around and its so embarrassing. I mean it pours off my face and head. I have asked doctors but nobody knows why. I ask if its from the nmo but again nobody knows. Does anyone else experience this and if so have you been told why?
