Is recovery possible?

My mother had ms from 2005 after that she was living her life normally in 2024 she had an attack she was diagnosed with NMO she had steroids 7 doses she completely lost her upper limb and lower limb sensation and movements after that plex therapy was done 5 session and rituximab was given her improvement was very appreciating she gain all her movements and sensations but her left arm was stiff we were training her to stand after that in April she had uti and after her recovery from uti she had her all movement but after 2 months she started to became weak again first lower limb then upper limb now upper limb has movement but not strength and lower limb is numb although She has no vision problems i just wanted to know is there any chance of her to recovery a bit able to walk with assistance or with walker with regular physiotherapy and do steroids help with these symptoms to improve them ?
